Furthermore, it completes its gastronomic diversity with a lighter menu at Petita Borda or snack-type dishes at the Lobby Bar, which are available until midnight.

The Michelin Stars by La Pleta gastronomic days deserve special mention, where the most innovative proposals of the most prestigious Spanish and French chefs have been announced, all of them awarded with a Michelin star. Prestigious chefs such as Ricardo Sanz (Kabuki), José Carlos García (JCG), Xabier Pellicer (ABAC), Frank Renimel (En Marge) or Jérôme Ryon (La Barbacane) have passed through our stoves to present their most particular creations.

Our guests enjoy the snow by practising any of the winter sports on offer at the resort and since this can be physically demanding, the hotel offers a full nourishing buffet breakfast with different a la carte options every day, including a variety of fresh detox juices, eggs cooked to your taste or other vegetable specialities, cuts of ham, etc.
