On January 10, the chef José Carlos García visited the hotel, a real ambassador of traditional and innovative gastronomy. With a Michelin star and two suns Repsol, the chef surprised all the guests with a special menu that included mullets, gazpacho, meat and fish, all of them with a Mediterranean touch.

Meanwhile, the chef Xavier Pellicer offered its biological and organic gastronomy last January 17 with a special menu that highlighted cod and rabbit, all paired with wines like Tarsus, Viña Mayor or Pazo San Mauro.
